Iain and myself are both chefs by trade, we’ve travelled & worked around the world in 5 star hotels, including the Hilton, Hyatt & Sheraton Hotels just to name a few! After many years on the road we felt it was time to settle and with talent and knowledge in hand we decided to reside in beautiful Far North Queensland and focus on Cakes for all occasions. We’ve been here now 28 years and love it!
We are privileged to work and bake from our home in the beautiful northern beach suburb of Kewarra Beach and naturally council approved with a food license! We’ve turned one of our rooms into a 24/7 cake room which is fully equipped and have two large commercial ovens enabling us to create and bake.
We are a small husband and wife team, with Iain doing all the baking, ordering of ingredients &
provisions as well as handling all our admin & social media, with my role, meeting all our lovely customers and generating the quotes along with all the icing & decorative work... yes, we’re quite a team! All our cakes are made from scratch recipes, we use the best products available to us. We are also proud to announce that we are using 'Biodynamic Free Range Eggs' from our regional dairy Mungalli Creek, in all our recipes at no extra cost to our customers.
